What is exact different between Hyper & Hidden Moderators when they have same facilities (Access Options) like SM. Can anyone will give good explanation??

If Admin gives any special power to any SM or HM, it calls Hyper Mod, there was a SM livechat in Iran who deleted last year becouse of sell his id, he was Hyper Modrator becouse admin gave him power to delet any abuse newsline in avacs and i think you know about Hidden Mod....Joy
